Job summary

LVI Associates partners with a leading utility-scale renewables organization to hire a Senior Project Manager who will drive project execution and serve as a collaborative leader within the team. Based in the Houston area, the role focuses on delivering large-scale renewable energy projects from execution through completion.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in utility-scale renewables or EPC, hands-on HV project experience, and a track record mentoring colleagues.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in utility-scale renewables or EPC.
• Experience leading large-scale renewable energy projects from execution to completion.
• Strong high-voltage (HV) project experience.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members, even without direct reports.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to identify risks and escalate as needed.
• Based in the Houston area.
