We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team and oversee the full project life cycle of Substation, Wind, Solar, and BESS projects. Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Execution & Delivery: Manage all phases of the project life cycle, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
• Vendor & Contract Negotiation: Lead RFP processes, negotiate with vendors, and ensure favorable contract terms.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Renewable Energy, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
• 4-6 years of experience managing solar, wind, and/or BESS projects with a strong focus on vendor and contract negotiation.
• Expertise in RFP management, vendor selection, and contract execution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and prioritize tasks.
