We are scaling our engineered to order offering and seeking a highly experienced low voltage electrical distribution and control Senior Project Manager.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Manager at our Houston, TX location. The Senior Project Manager will oversee, coordinate, and monitor technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery, while managing project financials and quality. Responsibilities include working with the customer and coordinating with various departments, leading kickoff meetings, compiling approval drawings & maintenance manuals, managing project timelines with a proactive approach, plan & execute FAT inspections, and ensuring vendor & logistics align with contractual and delivery requirements. The role requires strong leadership skills and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Certified PMP
• 10 years experience in electrical distribution and control project management
• 5 years experience in data center project management preferred
• Project Management and Expeditor skills
• Understanding of contract documents and interpreting drawings, schematics and specifications
• Experience with data centers, EV charging, oil & gas, water,and renewables market sectors
• Experience with Bluebeam Studio
• Experience with Asana and Microsoft Project Manager
• Willing to train and supportstaff in developing project management competencies.
• Experience in Expediting and Inspection tasks
• Proficiency in Logistics Management
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
