Job summary

Bay Area General Contractor seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up Multifamily construction projects. You will manage schedules, budgets, quality, and overall execution, while collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure success.

You will mentor Project Engineers and Assistant PMs and play a pivotal role in maintaining relationships with repeat clients, with a clear path toward Project Executive as the company grows.

We are partnering with a well established Bay Area General Contractor in their search for a Senior Project Manager to lead ground up Multifamily construction projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys leading teams, building strong client relationships, and is looking for a clear path toward Project Executive.

What You’ll Do

• Lead ground up Multifamily projects from preconstruction through close out
• Take ownership of project schedules, budgets, quality and overall project execution
• Partner closely with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors
