Kforce is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Manufacturing Startup & Expansion Projects in Grand Rapids, MI. You will lead startup, expansion, and CapEx initiatives within a manufacturing setting, coordinating with Maintenance and Engineering to install equipment and manage contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead equipment installation and expansion projects from planning through execution.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal project resources.
• Track project schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Provide regular project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
• Drive accountability and ensure timely execution of project plans.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and capital expenditure (CapEx) projects.
• Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and roadblocks.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
