Job summary

MMG is seeking a Project Manager in Austin, TX to lead multi-family construction efforts under the direction of the Construction Executive. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors, assisting with client proposals, and managing contracts to ensure timely, safe project delivery.

Ideal candidates will have a BS in a construction-related field, experience in multi-family builds, and proficiency with Excel and Word.

• Familiarity with podium, wrap, construction.

• Partner with the Construction Executive in the drafting of client proposals
• Partner with the Construction Executive on contract administration and management
• Work with preconstruction, estimating and scheduling on project estimate and schedule
• Provide direction to the project team to complete the projects safe and on time
• Perform on-site Project Manager duties on small scope projects

• Podium, Wrap, Construction preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word
