My client is a focused engineering firm ready to play a key role in the continued growth of their Fort Worth office. They are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager with the technical expertise and business development skills to lead land development projects and support strategic growth initiatives across North Texas.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a seller-doer, building and maintaining strong client relationships while managing project execution.
• Lead complex civil infrastructure projects from conception through construction.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff, supporting their technical and professional development.
• Collaborate closely with other senior leaders to drive operational excellence and market growth.
• Represent the firm in client meetings, industry events, and community engagements.

Qualifications:

• 12–15 years of experience in civil engineering, including project management and client development responsibilities.
• Active Texas PE license required.
• Proven experience as a client-facing leader in a consulting or engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, and technical delivery.
