Job summary

Wright Construction Group in Fort Myers, FL seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will drive budgets, schedules, and site safety while coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, contract and risk management knowledge, and proficiency in Primavera P6, Procore, and MS Office. On-site work in Fort Myers is expected daily.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

• Lead and deliver construction projects from start to finish
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost controls
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Oversee RFIs, change orders, submittals, and documentation
• Ensure job site safety, compliance, and quality standards
• Drive schedules and resolve issues to keep projects on track

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong background in Inspection and quality control, including verification of work against plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management for construction projects, coordinating labor, equipment, and material flows to support efficient site operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Several years of progressive experience managing commercial and institutional projects, preferably in a general contracting environment.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Primavera P6 is required, and Procore Project Management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to guide cross‑functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work on‑site daily in Fort Myers, FL, conduct regular field walks, and support multiple projects as needed.
