Job description

Our flagship Texas project, Kemp Ranch in Waxahachie, is a 3,000-acre master-planned community with more than 13,000 homes planned in Phase 1. CCC's initiation scope represents approximately $120 million of work over an anticipated 3 year Phase 1 program.

  • Welcome centers and community buildings
  • Destination amenity centers
  • Event venues and dance halls
  • Resort-style pools and water features
  • Sports courts and recreational facilities
  • Outdoor gathering spaces and amphitheaters
  • Supporting commercial and site infrastructure

This is more than an opportunity to manage a single project. The Senior Project Manager will be joining CCC at the beginning of our Texas expansion and will have the opportunity to help establish our presence, strengthen a key client relationship, build a local team, and contribute to a growing pipeline of work throughout the state.

  • Managing subcontractor buyout, participation, performance, and change requests
  • Partnering closely with the Superintendent to ensure the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements
  • Maintaining strong relationships and communication with the Owner, architects/engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders
  • Identifying and resolving constructability, value engineering, contractual, and project execution challenges
  • Leading project staff, providing mentorship and professional development, and helping build a strong project team
  • Maintaining CCC’s standards for safety, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction
  • Supporting business development, conceptual budgeting, and future opportunities as CCC continues to grow its Texas presence
