We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex civil construction, underground utility, and infrastructure projects. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned construction leader who thrives managing large-scale projects, developing high-performing teams, and partnering with executive leadership to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Project Leadership
  • Lead multiple high-value civil, utility, and infrastructure projects simultaneously
  • Oversee projects from planning and execution through final closeout
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and long-term cash flow plans
  • Drive project profitability through proactive cost control and forecasting
  • Monitor financial performance, risk exposure, and key project metrics
  • Lead change management, contract administration, and dispute resolution efforts
Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, clients, engineers, and key stakeholders
  • Lead executive-level project meetings and strategic planning sessions
  • Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and project teams
  • Partner with Superintendents to drive jobsite productivity, safety, and quality
  • Collaborate with Estimating, Accounting, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure successful project execution
Qualifications
Required
  • 12+ years of progressive construction project management experience
  • Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar civil construction, underground utility, or infrastructure projects
  • Strong background overseeing budgets, schedules, forecasting, and financial performance
  • Extensive knowledge of contract administration, cost control, and risk management
  • Experience leading large project teams and mentoring project management staff
Preferred
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience managing underground wet utility projects including water, sewer, and storm drain infrastructure
