Job summary

Agility Partners is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Cybersecurity & AI-Driven Transformation to lead AI-enabled modernization of core security capabilities for a banking client in a regulated industry. The role focuses on translating cybersecurity strategy into executable delivery plans with measurable improvements through automation.

You will oversee Secure SDLC, Vulnerability Management, and Configuration Management/Resiliency programs, driving outcomes that matter to senior leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Cybersecurity or equivalent.
• 5+ years delivering large-scale cybersecurity and/or enterprise technology projects in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of Secure SDLC, Vulnerability Management, and Incident Management practices.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs with scope, schedule, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder leadership with audit-ready governance updates.
• Strong command of project management disciplines including Agile frameworks in complex enterprise settings.

• Manage end-to-end delivery rigor, including RAID, escalation, mitigation planning, and executive-level reporting and decision support.
• Maintain audit-ready program documentation and partner with Cybersecurity, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Audit stakeholders to ensure alignment to control and model-risk expectations.

In this high-impact role, you will lead AI-enabled modernization of core security capabilities across Secure SDLC, Vulnerability Management, and Configuration Management/Resiliency programs. You’ll translate cybersecurity strategy and regulatory drivers into executable delivery plans, driving measurable improvements through automation and data-driven solutions. Responsibilities

Lead complex, enterprise-wide AI cybersecurity initiatives with multiple workstreams and cross-functional dependencies, ensuring disciplined execution across teams and platforms.

Translate cybersecurity strategy, AI roadmaps, regulatory drivers, and risk priorities into clear project plans aligned to business objectives and delivery commitments.

Drive AI-enabled modernization across Secure SDLC, Vulnerability Management, and Configuration Management/Resiliency through scalable automation and data-driven solutions.

Manage end-to-end delivery rigor, including RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), escalation, mitigation planning, and executive-level reporting and decision support.

Maintain audit-ready program documentation (plans, RAID logs, decision records, governance artifacts) and partner with Cybersecurity, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Audit stakeholders to ensure alignment to control and model-risk expectations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years delivering large-scale cybersecurity and/or enterprise technology projects/programs in regulated environments (financial services strongly preferred).

Strong knowledge of Secure SDLC, Vulnerability Management, and Incident Management practices and operating models.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs with direct accountability for scope, schedule, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.

Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder leadership skills, including producing clear, detailed, audit-ready artifacts and governance updates.

Strong command of project management disciplines, including experience applying Agile frameworks and structured delivery practices in complex enterprise settings.
