ManpowerGroup is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a cross-functional team in Waukegan, IL on-site. You will lead projects through full lifecycle from concept to closeout and collaborate with stakeholders to align deliverables with business goals.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in project or program management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of project management, program management, or related experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing project plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through the full project lifecycle, from initial concept and planning to final implementation and closeout.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business needs.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and status reports.
• Facilitate project team meetings and provide ongoing project tracking, monitoring, and analysis.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
