Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a SAP Project Manager (ECC) in Waukegan, IL to lead and coordinate global SAP ECC initiatives. The role requires strong leadership and proactive communication to manage complex projects, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

You will work within the Project Management Office to ensure on-time delivery, risk mitigation, and adherence to regulatory standards, while collaborating with international teams and SAP modules including MM and procurement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing SAP ECC projects, especially financial systems and business transformation.
• Strong SAP MM knowledge and procurement process exposure.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and with global teams.
• PM certifications (e.g., PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage medium to large SAP ECC projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders for planning, execution, and closure.
• Develop project plans, monitor progress, and update executive leadership.
