Senior Project Manager Salary: $97,500-$130,000

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects while managing budgets, resources, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

This role requires exceptional organizational, financial, and leadership skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while aligning with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end management of multiple concurrent projects from initiation through completion.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Monitor project performance, milestones, risks, dependencies, and key metrics.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize delivery impact.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across business and technical stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings, status updates, steering committee reviews, and executive communications.
  • Ensure projects adhere to governance standards, methodologies, and organizational policies.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party resources as required.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote project management best practices.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to leadership and executive teams.
  • Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining high levels of customer and stakeholder satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of project management experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong experience with project budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
  • Proven ability to manage project risks, resources, scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience with project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.
  • Advanced proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile certification.
  • Experience managing enterprise-wide technology or business transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working with executive leadership and C-level stakeholders.
  • PMO experience is highly desirable.
