Position Classification: $90,000 - $125,000

Normal Work Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing mechanical contracting projects from initiation through completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. The Senior Project Manager coordinates expediting activities, manages logistics for materials and equipment, and ensures inspections are conducted according to regulatory and company standards. Daily responsibilities include leading project teams, communicating with clients and subcontractors, tracking progress against milestones, and resolving issues that may impact timelines, safety, or quality. The role also includes preparing project reports, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
