About the Role – Position Description

MegazoneCloud is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage the software deployment project at the client site in Saudi Arabia. This is a customer-facing role requiring hands-on project execution, stakeholder coordination, and effective communication across Korean and Saudi teams. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison among the client, the Korea-based development team, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the software deployment project at the client site in Saudi Arabia.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, the development team in Korea, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings between the client and the development team.
• Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, budget, and resources effectively.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication across all project participants.
• Support both Saudi and Korean time zones to ensure seamless collaboration.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in a software project management in foreign country.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean.
• Ability to work effectively across different time zones.
• Experience working with development teams and managing technical projects.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be willing to be stationed at the customer site in Saudi Arabia for the duration of the PoC.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of multi-cloud management platforms.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Experience in SW project management in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
