$110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

NOTE: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee diverse construction projects located in Southern Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general contracting and construction management, with a focus on delivering high-quality results that meet client specifications. This role offers the opportunity to work within various sectors, including commercial, educational, retail, healthcare, and industrial.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Manage project teams, including superintendents, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and community organizations.
• Evaluate bids, manage self-performed trade work, and negotiate subcontracts.
• Assist with estimating and manage project schedules.
• Lead job progress meetings and coordinate subcontractor activities.
• Ensure jobsite safety and adherence to contracts and industry standards.
• Track project profitability and manage billing, change orders, and documentation.
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
  
  

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in all phases of the construction process.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and manage project teams.
• Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with estimating carpentry, concrete, and masonry is a plus.
• Must be a committed team player.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with scheduling software, such as ProCore.
