The Role

VIATechnik is seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in software development project management. This role will be responsible for overseeing multiple software projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to deliver results for our clients.

In This Role You Will

• Lead cross-functional software development projects from planning to deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps, schedules, and documentation.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to leadership and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership.
• Dive into project details and wear multiple hats as needed.
• Adapt to frequent changes in direction with a high level of flexibility.
• Learn and navigate unfamiliar areas quickly.
  
  

Apply If You Have

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in software development (product development and custom projects).
• Strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new domains, technologies, and methodologies.
• Comfort operating in environments with frequent shifts in priorities.
• A hands-on proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong sense of ownership over projects.
• Willingness to engage in both high-level strategy and detailed execution as needed.
• A flexible and pragmatic approach to project management. You're able to tailor processes based on project and team needs and realities rather than strict adherence to a particular methodology.

Compensation And Featured Benefits

• The pay for this position is $135,000 - $150,000, and the role is eligible for bonuses. The actual salary offer may be different as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience
• Health insurance with the choice of five plan options. We cover 70-95% of premiums for VIATechies and 65% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plan chosen)
• Dental and vision insurance. We cover up to 75% of the monthly insurance premiums for VIATechies and up to 50% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plans chosen)
