Job summary

Thomas Young Group, a Top 50 ENR general contractor based in Atlanta, seeks an experienced leader to manage water/wastewater treatment plant projects. You will oversee large-scale infrastructure assignments across public and private sectors, driving safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has GC experience in water/wastewater, strong leadership, ability to develop schedules and manage budgets, and the capacity to guide multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• GC experience in Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant projects is required.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Experience overseeing large-scale, complex construction projects.
• Ability to develop schedules, manage budgets, and lead teams effectively.
• Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
