Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a dynamic Project Management Supervisor to lead a team of project managers and support staff in our Systems Teams. The role directs project work, tracks schedules and milestones, and ensures delivery targets are met with proper governance and resource planning.

The SUP will mentor staff, drive process improvements, oversee installation projects, and coordinate with Sales, Coordination, customers and vendors to ensure quality and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work with minimal supervision.
• Experience with AUTOCAD and Microsoft Project is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers and project support staff.
• Track project schedules, milestones, and timelines for delivery targets.
• Provide guidance, training, and resources for project execution.
• Coordinate with other departments and vendors to ensure on-time installation and quality.
• Prepare reports for senior leadership and participate in budgeting discussions.
