Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires BS degree and 8–12 years of relevant experience or Masters with 6–10 years of relevant experience.
• Draft products with strong writing and grammatical skills.
• Knowledge of portfolio, program, and project management discipline.
• Familiarity with planning, programming, budgeting, and execution discipline.
• Knowledge of key performance indicators.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze IT portfolio of programs and their services.
• Support evolution of sponsor's strategic direction and priorities.
• Make recommendations with strategies, roadmaps, risks, gaps, and dependencies; align with framework and funding issues.
• Assist government clients with program goals, schedules, and reports to executives.
• Communicate technical topics to senior-level audiences.
• Collaborate across multiple entities to deliver outcomes.
