Job summary

AlphaGov seeks a Senior Project Management Consultant to lead city capital and program-management engagements end to end, from mobilization through delivery and closeout.

The role requires hands-on PM for public agencies, managing multidisciplinary teams, budgets, risks, and client deliverables. Travel to client sites is expected on a project basis; PMP/CCM credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on project or program management for city, county, or other public-agency capital programs.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, milestones, budgets, risks, and client deliverables end to end.
• Comfortable as a 1099 / project-based collaborator with travel as needed for client on-sites.
• Prior experience informing proposals with past-performance narratives when permitted.

Responsibilities

• Translate city priorities into practical work plans and governance routines.

Required:

Nice to have:
