Job summary

Digitas in the United States is seeking an outstanding Associate in Account & Project Management through the AMP program. You will learn foundational skills for a career in digital marketing, gaining exposure to marketing campaigns, CMS implementations, CRM programs, and branded content.

As part of the AMP Team, you will develop project management capabilities, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and build a solid foundation for roles such as Project Management Professional or Client

Qualifications

• A four-year degree is required.
• Experience in Account Management, Project Management, and Marketing preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise tools (JIRA, MS Project/Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support large initiatives and lead smaller projects.
• Set up projects for success with proper planning and alignment.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to keep momentum.
• Anticipate project needs and address potential barriers.
• Ensure client-ready documentation and active meeting participation.
