Veolia North America is seeking a Project Leader to guide planning, execution, and completion of a major project with budget accountability and timely delivery. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a focus on safety and compliance across operations.

You will oversee risk, stakeholder management, and performance reporting, while fostering an inclusive team environment and delivering high-quality outcomes for the client and community.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• 6 years of leadership experience, including 4 years leading project teams.
• Experience delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery while aligning with objectives.
• Maintain safety culture and ensure OSHA/regulatory compliance across the site.
• Manage client contracts, communication, and progress reporting.
• Oversee budget, procurement, and financial performance of the project.
