Job summary

InServ is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to guide multiple projects through development, strategy and lifecycle management.

You will coordinate across cross-functional teams to achieve profitability, safety, and client satisfaction while adhering to schedules and budgets. The role requires extensive field oversight, heavy collaboration with general contractors and subcontractors, and travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years’ experience in process mechanical subcontracting.
• Experience with large ($5M+) heavy commercial construction.
• Experience with project development, scheduling and control systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Four-year college degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of project planning and execution.
• Lead project routines including kick-offs, status updates and change management.
• Conduct site visits and oversee estimation of work.
• Ensure budget control and efficient labor utilization.
• Manage client and stakeholder communications.
