Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience managing complex commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Proven success delivering projects $15M–$50M+ (or managing multiple projects).
• Advanced knowledge of scheduling, estimating, procurement, and construction systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own project outcomes including profitability, schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, GMPs, and master schedules.
