Baldwin Richardson Foods Co. (BRF) seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact initiatives spanning manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams.

The role requires translating strategy into executable plans, driving governance, and delivering measurable outcomes that support BRF’s growth and operational excellence. The successful candidate will collaborate across technology, innovation, engineering, quality, and senior leadership, managing scope, budget, risks, and timelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business/engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of direct project management experience leading complex cross-functional projects.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in project management, operations, or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide projects from concept through implementation.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, milestones and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans and governance structures.
• Coordinate across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering, operations and commercial teams.
• Identify risks and dependencies, provide mitigation options and clear recommendations.
• Provide senior leadership with timely project insights and metrics.
