Baldwin Richardson Foods Co. (BRF) is seeking a Senior Director of Procurement to lead the enterprise function across all spend categories. This role drives strategy, governance, supplier performance, risk management, and value creation, aligning procurement with operational and financial goals.

The ideal candidate will build organizational capability, develop talent, and shepherd procurement transformation while serving as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years in procurement leadership, with 5+ years in senior roles.
• Experience leading large-scale change and supplier negotiations.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing procurement organization with category management and sourcing.
• Own enterprise-wide procurement strategy and governance; drive value and alignment with growth.
• Manage supplier relationships, SRM programs, and risk management.
• Lead annual procurement planning, savings, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Drive procurement transformation with analytics, automation, and ERP optimization.
• Develop category strategies and supplier performance dashboards.
