You will oversee financial performance, forecast trends, and maintain senior stakeholder communications, ensuring strong execution and customer satisfaction across multiple projects. This on-site role requires leadership and extensive construction knowledge.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of project management experience.
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships and sustain a growing portfolio.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a profitable portfolio and lead large projects.
• Knowledge of the construction industry, contracts, scheduling, bids, change orders, equipment, and methods.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through others and make sound decisions across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business plan and performance of an assigned market or portfolio.
• Build and maintain critical client relationships and guide pursuit and bid strategy.
• Lead and develop Project Managers and Senior Project Managers; support hiring and promotions.
• Oversee portfolio financial performance, forecasts, variances, and cash position; ensure profitability.
• Manage senior stakeholder communications and provide clear updates on performance and growth.
