Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout in Orlando, FL. You will drive project success by leading teams, building strong client relationships, and ensuring safety, schedule, and budget targets are met.

The role requires delivering projects on time and to high quality standards, mentoring Project Managers and teams, and maintaining clear communication with owners and architects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful execution of large commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and project teams.
• Serve as the primary contact for owners, clients, architects, and key stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, contracts, and financial performance.
• Identify project risks, develop solutions, and address challenges to stay on track.
• Foster collaboration across field and office teams with clear communication.
• Champion a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence throughout the lifecycle.
