Job summary

U.S. Bank in Minneapolis is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and participate in the design, development, and execution of business and technology projects, including AI and automation initiatives, in a collaborative, agile environment.

You will partner with business leaders, technology teams, and vendors to deliver outcomes aligned with goals, build executive dashboards, and drive change management and value realization across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Five to eight years of experience in project management, program management, business transformation, or related activities

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the design, development, and execution of projects with potential for operational improvements, systems implementations, data and reporting initiatives, AI and automation solutions, and cross-functional programs.
• Partner with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver projects that align with goals; use Agile to plan, prioritize, track, and communicate progress, deliverables, dependencies and risks.
• Develop and maintain project reporting, dashboards, status updates, and executive communications to ensure transparency and informed decision-making; facilitate stakeholder engagement, sprint ceremonies, change management, and adoption of new processes and technologies.
