• Reporting progress and troubleshooting issues to maintain profitability.
• Preparing construction plans, calculations, and design reports.
• Communicating technical information in meetings with owners and contractors.
• Producing geotechnical and structural calculations for tunnel/trenchless design.
• Mentoring junior staff and leading technical teams.
• Leading major underground project delivery from proposal to construction.
