The role supports a Technical Project Manager for a data engineering project with an AI adoption program, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment among business, engineering, and AI stakeholders. Key requirements include PMP certification and 10+ years in data/analytics, cloud, BI, and data warehousing initiatives, plus strong SQL skills and proven executive communication.

Qualifications

• PMP certification is required and should be noted on the resume.
• 10+ years leading technical projects in data, analytics, and cloud environments.
• 10+ years leading data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing.
• 10+ years BI, big data, and analytics projects in enterprise environments.
• Experience with healthcare data initiatives; familiarity with HL7/FHIR is a plus.
• 10+ years working knowledge of SQL and database technologies.
• 10+ years communicating complex technical concepts to executives.
• 10+ years leading cross-functional teams and vendors.
• 10+ years collaborating with data engineers, analysts, and partners.
• 10+ years defining scope, milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
• 10+ years experience budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and gather requirements for data engineering initiatives.
• Develop project plans, charters, schedules, and status reports.
• Monitor projects and manage timelines and budgets.
• Align business, engineering, and AI stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Support platform implementations and AI adoption programs.
• Communicate progress to executives and cross-functional teams.
