Job summary

CACI International seeks a Project Integrator to support programs in the Bethesda, MD area. You will apply program integration expertise to monitor health of programs, initiatives, and portfolios, ensuring the technical integrity of all deliverables.

Responsibilities include analytics, data acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and incident-free coordination across multi-contract efforts. Must hold TS/SCI with Poly and be able to brief senior government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to lead and guide a team of Project Integrators and Software Developers.
• Experience collaborating with a Program Management Office to provide updates and insights.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable briefing senior government stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
• Self-starter with strong intrinsic motivation.
• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of related experience, or Master’s degree with 5 years, or Associate’s with 8 years.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise-wide business analytics efforts focused on acquiring and leveraging datasets.
• Develop and execute strategies for obtaining datasets from offices and agencies across the enterprise.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders, identify data needs, and evaluate datasets for alignment with program goals.
• Manage projects and workstreams, including timelines, deliverables, risks, issues, and stakeholder coordination.
• Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and presentations for government managers and stakeholders.
• Plan and facilitate partner meetings, offsites, and stakeholder engagements.
• Coordinate conferences and events, including logistics, venues, agendas, speakers, and interactive activities.
• Support improvements in business data collection, management, and usage through standardization and process enhancements.
• Create and submit weekly activity reports.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, understandable documentation for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Integrate graphics and meeting‑generated content into final deliverable documents using automated tools and research methods.
• Must be present on the client site during Luke Program core hours (0900–1500).
