Job summary

CACI International seeks a Project Integrator to manage the development and integration of individual projects within a large-scale program. You will track progress, anticipate needs, and facilitate communication among the Acquisition Office, program managers, lead engineers, and customer.

This onsite role in Springfield, VA requires a TS/SCI poly. You will oversee scheduling, deliverables, and coordination across teams to ensure successful outcomes and continued program readiness.

Qualifications

• University degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
• TS/SCI with Active poly (Background Investigation and Poly conducted in last 4 yrs).
• 5+ years of project management, incl. initiation, stakeholder comms plans, tailoring & closeout.
• 5+ years tracking deliverables, milestones, and schedules for systems or software delivery programs.
• 5+ years experience with requirements review and tracking.
• 5+ years experience managing systems or software delivery programs.
• Ability to work and communicate at multiple levels from senior leadership to installation teams.
• Experience with program management, Readiness reviews, and Governance boards.
• Experience conducting technical exchange meetings.
• Experience working in team environments.
• Experience with MS Office suite (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, and JIRA.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
