Job summary

CACI International Inc in Springfield, VA is seeking a Project Integrator to manage the development and integration of projects within a large-scale program. Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years of related work experience.
• TS/SCI with Active poly.
• 5+ years of project management, including project initiation, stakeholder communication plans, project tailoring and project close out.
• 5+ years of experience with tracking project deliverables, milestones, and schedules for systems or software delivery.
• 5+ years of experience with requirements review and tracking.
• 5+ years of experience with management for systems or software delivery programs.
• Ability to manage project schedules and project integrators on site processes.
• Ability to work and communicate at multiple levels from senior leadership to installation teams.
• Experience with program management, Readiness reviews, and Governance boards.
• Experience with conducting technical exchange meetings.
• Experience with working in team environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with using SharePoint, Confluence, and JIRA.
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and integration of individual projects within our large-scale program.
• Keep your projects on course as you track progress, anticipate needs, and facilitate communication between the Acquisition Office, program managers, lead engineers, and customer.
• You are organized; hands-on approach will help you stay ahead of challenges and build a team that consistently delivers beyond expectations.
• Be responsible for support of program business and functional operations
• Duties may also include facilitating resolution of operational issues and acting as a liaison between the customer and ecosystem providers
• Manage project schedules and project integrators on site processes
