Job summary

Aquatech is seeking a high-calibre project finance professional to join our Development (DevCo) team in Houston, TX with hybrid flexibility.

You will build robust project finance models for BOO/BOT/P3 structures, structure debt/equity, and lead the financial workstream through due diligence, term sheet negotiations, and closing, while coordinating with tax advisors, lenders, and co-investors.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of project finance experience or 3–4 years in an infra fund with BOO/BOT/P3 exposure.
• Proven track record of building large, multi-period project finance models from scratch.
• Strong ability to translate technical/financial concepts for non-financial audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed project finance models for multiple assets.
• Structure debt/equity mixes and optimize tax incentives.
• Prepare IC decks, lender teasers, and investment memos.
