Job summary

Aquatech International LLC is seeking a senior project finance professional to join the Development (DevCo) team in Houston, TX or Canonsburg, PA with hybrid flexibility. You will build robust project finance models, structure debt and equity, and prepare materials for lenders, IC, and co-investors.

You will lead financial workstreams, coordinate with tax advisors and lenders, and support due diligence, term sheets, and closing, while tracking asset performance for refinancing or exits.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of project finance experience or 3–4 years in an infra fund with BOO/BOT/P3 exposure.
• Proven track record building large, multi-period project finance models.
• Experience structuring senior debt, mezzanine, and equity for infrastructure projects.
• Prepare IC decks, lender teasers, and investment memos.
• Strong understanding of BOO/BOT/P3 mechanics, covenants, and tax incentives.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex finance to non-financial audiences.
• Proficiency in Excel modelling with audit trails and scenario management.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain detailed project finance models across construction, operating, and full life.
• Determine optimal debt/equity structures and assess refinancing options.
• Perform tax, incentive, and cash flow optimization in collaboration with advisors.
• Develop lender and investor materials; respond to Q&As and support due diligence.
• Support IC presentations and due diligence with clear, auditable outputs.
• Track performance against models and inform portfolio decisions.
