HIA Group seeks a Mid/Snr Project Finance Associate in New York to join a top-tier law firm. You will advise sponsors, lenders and investors on complex project finance transactions across energy, infrastructure and related sectors, including cross-border matters.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating financing documents, supporting development through closing, and coordinating with clients and advisers across the deal lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project finance or related transactional practice.
• Experience advising sponsors, lenders, investors or financial institutions on project finance.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for financing documents.

Responsibilities

• Advise sponsors, lenders and investors on complex project finance transactions.
• Support financing and development of large energy and infrastructure projects.
• Advise on conventional and renewable power projects, including solar and wind.
• Draft and negotiate credit agreements and related documents.
• Collaborate with clients and advisers across the transaction lifecycle.
