Job summary

Vaulted, a Houston-based waste management and carbon removal company, is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst. You will own project-level financial models for new and operating sites, support financing, and translate results into clear recommendations for leadership.

The role splits ~60% project finance & modeling and ~40% planning & analysis, collaborating with site development, operations, and finance teams. Hybrid work options and a strong benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project finance or related finance with modeling exposure
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics; foundation in finance and accounting
• Advanced Excel modeling for project finance (debt sizing, DSCR, cash waterfalls)
• Knowledge of project finance structures including debt and SPV structures
• Ability to explain model outputs clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines independently
• Located in Houston, TX or willing to relocate

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain project-level financial models for new and operating sites
• Evaluate new sites with cross-functional teams; run scenarios and sensitivities
• Support project financing and capital raising
• Model and negotiate terms for offtake, waste supply, partnerships, and financing agreements
• Keep project models integrated with the corporate model with audit-ready documentation
• Provide ad hoc analysis for leadership on commercial, operational, and strategic questions
• Contribute to annual budgets and rolling forecasts
