Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of financial/project accounting/analysis or related experience.
• In lieu of education, 9 years of financial/project accounting/analysis or related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages and supports all financial aspects across the entire project lifecycle.
• Models and analyzes gross margin scenarios from initial engagement through final negotiations.
• Reviews client contracts to advise on payment terms and revenue opportunities.
• Ensures PM system accuracy by updating budgets, forecasts, and expenditures.
• Reviews invoices and payment applications per client terms; coordinates with PM and cash team.
• Generates reports to identify cost issues and overruns; investigates variances.
• Forecasts EAC by accounting for changes to cost accounts and change orders.
• Leads earnings review processes using GAAP and revenue recognition concepts.

Education

Bachelor's degree + 5 years experience

9 years experience in lieu of degree
