Job summary

King Rose Construction in New York City is seeking a seasoned Project Executive to lead premier commercial interior projects from planning through completion. You will oversee budgets, schedules, client communications, and team performance to deliver high-quality spaces on time and within budget.

This role requires a minimum of 15 years in commercial interior construction project management and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial interior construction project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering commercial construction projects in New York City.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and successful completion of commercial interior construction projects.
• Manage project budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and regular project updates.
• Lead and mentor project teams, including Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors, to achieve project goals.
• Ensure all work meets or exceeds company standards and client expectations.
• Identify and address potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure the timely completion of milestones.
• Manage and mentor Project Managers while also overseeing select projects directly.
