The Beck Group seeks a Project Executive to lead major construction projects and drive business development. You will supervise project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safe, efficient delivery of complex projects valued at $150M+.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in commercial construction, a engineering/construction management degree, and proven leadership in RFQ/RFP processes and client engagement. Fort Lauderdale office, on-site role.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of commercial construction experience required.
• Degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
• Experience leading RFQ/RFP responses and client interviews.

Responsibilities

• Supervise project teams and coordinate execution.
• Deliver projects valued at $150M+ with best practices.
• Lead personnel development and establish priorities.
• Prepare financial plans and status reports.
• Develop and monitor risk mitigation and safety plans.
• Review schedules and monitor progress.
• Lead KPI reports and client relationship management.
• Engage in business development and professional organizations.
