Job summary

Tiello, a Nashville-based general contractor, seeks an experienced Project Executive to lead multifamily high-rise new construction valued at/above $50M. You will oversee preconstruction through closeout, ensuring financial success, technical excellence, and quality while building strategic client relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (required).
Minimum 8 years of project management or related experience (required).

Responsibilities

Monitors project safety with authority to stop work when unsafe.
Develops and sustains client relationships to promote future business.
Builds high-performing teams through mentoring, coaching, and staff development.
Delivers timely feedback to project team members to improve performance.
Provides direction across projects from preconstruction to closeout.
Partners with Business Development to secure new work.
Ensures adherence to policies, procedures, and compliance on each project.
Leads contract negotiations, pricing decisions, and risk analysis affecting cost and schedule.
Oversees each project's master schedule, execution, and budget.
Drives company initiatives and supports new tools and technologies.
Collaborates with Safety and Quality directors to ensure compliance.
