MPI, a leading luxury multifamily developer, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee a large-scale high-rise project in Austin from preconstruction to turnover. You will coordinate planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement and risk management while guiding general contractors, consultants and design teams.

The successful candidate will drive cost, quality and safety objectives, manage permitting and entitlements, provide strategic leadership, and deliver executive updates.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Extensive experience managing large-scale multifamily construction projects.
• Proven experience delivering mid-rise or high-rise residential developments.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and risk management.
• Experience coordinating diverse stakeholder groups including design teams and contractors.
• Ability to lead projects from preconstruction through field execution.
