The Senior Project Executive is representative of the Company responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of simultaneous complex construction-management projects; as well as mentoring multiple Project Executives.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for multiple projects in multiple locations; each project ranging between 50 - 250M USD.
- Direct and supervise work of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities and maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, subcontractors, unions, etc.
- Enforce project reporting requirements
- Manage critical issues
- Assume overall accountability for jobsite safety and quality

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
- BS OR MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 15-20 years of Government Experience - DoD, military construction at existing bases (Administration buildings, hangar, warehouses, runways, etc), foreign military sales work, new construction.
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior or current experience working in Guam is desirable.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Strong technical and communication skills are critical
- Able to manage several teams totaling 30 - 40 people
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Leadership and management skills
- Knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Office (preferred)
