What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and implementation of large, complex, multi-platform technology initiatives
- Proactively manage changes in project scope and identify potential risks while devising contingency plans
- Develop detailed work strategies, schedules, project estimates, and budget management
- Facilitate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Conduct post-mortem project assessments to suggest improvements in processes and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in IT and IT project management for large, complex projects
- Proven experience in relationship building, collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using tools such as Tableau or BI for data-driven decision-making
- Solid understanding of change management and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Experience in defining and executing large, complex technology programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Scrum, ITIL, ADKAR, Lean, Six Sigma)
- PMP Certification
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and system integration
- Strong focus on quality and customer service orientation
