Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Executive or Senior PM in a General Contractor environment.
• Experience delivering ground-up multifamily construction and managing multiple teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for multiple ground-up multifamily construction projects
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams
• Maintain relationships with owners, developers, architects, and stakeholders
• Oversee project financial performance including budgets, forecasting, profitability
• Support preconstruction with strategy, planning, and client engagement
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to high quality
• Identify and mitigate risks while maintaining operational efficiency
• Drive safety, quality control, and best practices across all projects
