Kimmel & Associates is seeking a Senior Project Executive to lead strategic direction and operational performance across our construction business units. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this role blends executive oversight with hands-on delivery of complex projects.

You will mentor leaders, manage high-profile client relationships, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery while pursuing growth and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive construction experience, including leadership of large projects or business units.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, and operational performance at a business unit level.
• Executive leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Expertise in risk management, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution.
• Experience in client relationship management and business development.
• Executive presence with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to travel to project sites, client offices, and industry events.
