Job summary

Intermountain Electric, Inc. (IME) is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning, scheduling, and delivery of large, mission-critical electrical projects, including data centers.

You will direct teams, manage resources, and ensure safety, quality, and performance within budget and schedule constraints. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in electrical construction, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate across design, procurement, field, and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale electrical construction projects
• Strong scheduling and coordination skills across teams
• Proven ability to manage budgets and risk on complex builds
• Excellent communication with clients, field teams, and suppliers

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling for large-scale electrical projects to meet milestones and budget
• Coordinate field operations, procurement, design, and commissioning within critical path-driven schedules
• Manage resources (labor, materials, equipment) to optimize project performance
• Oversee change management, document control, and client contract terms as needed
• Foster strong client relationships and uphold safety and quality standards
